Our clients come from many diverse backgrounds and we seek full and part time personnel who can interact with them effectively. A law enforcement or private investigation background is helpful but not a requirement; we will train and sponsor successful candidates for their state licenses. More important is high moral character, intelligence and motivation. Fluency in Spanish as well as English is also a plus, as we are increasingly serving the growing Latino community in the area.
